Unofficial websites are blocked but official web sites working after making vpn connection.?

i have broadband connection in office. two computers are attached with it via 8 port hub. Official websites can be accessed only after making vpn connection. Recently one computer deny to open any webpage. But official webpages can be accessed after making vpn connection. Firewall is off. How can I access internet.
