I need to know what kind of LAN would I need to run six workgroup switches & four routers (no hubs)on one flor?

I need to know what kind of LAN would I need to run six workgroup switches & four routers with no hubs on one floor.Accounting,Human Resources, Engineering,& Customer Service are not on the same floor. The four internal servers are located w/ routers in one Data room on the first floor. How could I connect the devices on this network?
