What song is this? "i'm falling apart"?

i am not talking about lifehouse's "broken" song here. this song was on a rock station and the chorus starts off like "i'm falling apart, i'm...something something something..." im not even certain if they said that "i'm" after it. but the band kinda sounded like Daughtry, the rock sound not the singer, the voice was deep not high...it's making me really angry. also im not sure if they say "i'm falling apart" or "and i'm not falling apart" i really don't know. i just know the melody but obviously i can't sing it through the screen. thank youuu.
