1999 ford f150 hub replaced? what is this how much and where can i fix it?

i bought a lifted 1999 ford f150 when i bought the guy said i should have the hub replaced on the tire? what does he mean and what is wrong? the tire is a little shaky is this a urgent replacement will i be sage til i have it fixed?
