I typed in my ip address and it took me to a page where i need a pasword, i didnt know i had one, any help?

well i got my ip address typed it into the search engine and it took me to a page where i needed a password i tried all the numbers ans that on the back of my bell turbo hub and none of them worked... anyone know where i would get the password?
